Document Library BetaTest

This is a Beta Test for the SDD's Document Library to test out:

• Documents hosted on the website, links go directly to Files
  • Search: Search can find Title Text for documents, on site and Internet
  • Pros: 1 Click to open File
  • Cons: Links change with each update
• Documents hosted on the website, links to a Web Page that links to the File
  • Search: Search will find the Web Page Title for documents, on site and Internet
  • Pros: Permalinks to the Web Page that don't change when updated
  • Pros: Web Pages will not be cached, not old or outdated links
  • Cons: 2 Clicks for Users to get to File
• Documents that are linked to a Web Page Node that links to the File published in COLearn LMS as a Material
  • Pros: Permalinks to the Web Page that does not change when updated
  • Pros: Search in COLearn by Subjects including HLPG and PBT Topics
  • Pros: Designate Owners of Documents and link to Outside Sources if documents reside elsewhere
  • Pros: Create Dynamic Document Library Pages, such as Search for any documents that are SNAP + Income will display a list of these Subjects and update the page with any new
