COLearn is the Learning Management System (LMS) used to access the Staff Development Division's training. It makes training available online to workers throughout the state of Colorado including self-paced web-based training, instructor-led sessions, videos, and more. In addition, learners can efficiently access their Transcripts and training certificates online. The COLearn LMS is for State of Colorado and County employees and contractors only and requires an account be created.
